hi! i'm just popping in to say that for his last boon, mako's received a dragon egg that will be hatching in august! i'm not sure if hiccup is in caer glaem rn or not (i remember his travel post) but i thought now would be a good opportunity for us to at least make contact, since mako has... no... idea... how to really train or take care of a dragon, and this seems like perfectly logical cr.

ahhhhh I adore this idea! Hiccup is indeed still in Caer Glaem, so he could absolutely help a bro out with a dragon. actually, he'll be super thrilled to get to do some work with a dragon tbh so! this would definitely make some great cr, haha.

HEHEHE SWEET okay cool! he's going to be in the infirmary with the egg and Serious Injuries for the first week of the month or so, so... if hiccup maybe wants to hear someone talking about the egg or something, he could pop in and say hello awkwardly...

sounds perfect! he's very good at saying hello awkwardly, but if he gets the idea that it's a dragon egg, he'll be much more enthusiastic! will you be setting up a log or anything while Mako's in the infirmary, or would you like to do something closed, or...? I'm good with anything tbh!

i have a lot of plans for august, lmfao, so i'll probably be making a month long catchall log, like this one, and we can put hiccup's thread in there? (that way, we can use it for ac, and don't have to waste space in contact posts...)

herp sKERP SORRY I'M SO LATE but here it is! hiccup should at least hear about the egg from the fairies, even if the avatar cast isn't really... broadcasting the fact that there's a dreggin egg in the infirmary!

she should be hatching on the 20th, or nearabouts, so... really anywhere before the 15th should be okay!
